Hugo looks like he's trying to match the skin color with his pants and that's a big no-no.
How to fix:
Hair
Get Hugo the hairstyle that is similar, but not glitchy (from a random poptropican), get rid of his girly bangs, and turn his hair brown, and then he got brown wings.
Teeth
The next thing that has to go is the rotten tooth sticking out. Hugo could costumize the mouth from a Guy with a lei.
Eyes
Get rid of Hugo's yellow eyes, and then he got white eyes.
Wings
Don't forget to get rid of his monstrous wings.
Clothes
Hugo's clothes look like a fashion disaster, first, costumize his pants from Edgar in Monster Carnival, then costumize the shirt and jacket from the Ferris Wheel Guy in Monster Carnival. Hugo is starting to look a whole lot better.
Skin Color
Go to the Colorizer again and make Hugo's skin tan and then he looks better.
